The one nice thing Maylander is that we know nothing about the story. About the main huge big gods involoved story i mean, IMO Gothic 1 and 2 were just an introduction. Maybe Gothic 3 and 4 will end all the main huge story. They have gave no answers so they can still weave a story easily. I look at Gothic 1 and 2 as side quests, Maybe the quest in NotR is side too, who knows!!!

Gothic 3 + addon will be the end I think for the Gothic series, unless they would start making a gmae about how the fab four came together. However I believe someone was already creating a Gothic 2 mod redgarding this story.

Diego, Lester, Gorn, and Milten. They were kind of a "team" in G1

Well when I realy don't want Gothic to end but everything has it's end, and we can't make the story last forever, or gothic story may become a soap opera story like Gothic 1234....., it will be very painfull break with gothic, but I really think that PB will find a proper replacement. |
