| Welcome to The Nonflamers' Guild. |

Hello, my name is Gig and I'd like to tell you a little about our guild. The Nonflamers' Guild began as a place for a small group of RPGDot users to gather and carry on mature discussions. Since it's inception, The Nonflamers' Guild has grown into a marvelous example of a group of people with very different backgrounds, opinions and interests who are able to discuss any issue. We learn from each other in a way that can only happen when everyone keeps a level head and can articulate ideas without getting angry.
Every member of The Nonflamers' Guild has an equal voice. There is no leadership hierarchy here; we don't require one. This arrangement is a really wonderful thing when it works and it works marvelously for our guild. All guild issues are decided by popular vote, whether it's voting on a new member or deciding on a major group policy.
We do have some requirements for membership--you must have at least thirty posts and have been a registered user of RPGDot for a minimum of one month. You must not have had any recent warnings or a history of flaming (sarcasm doesn't count).
If The Nonflamers' Guild sounds like the kind of place you would like to be then we encourage you to request membership. The members of the guild will review your posts and vote on your request. Good luck to you--we hope to see you there! |
