How to get Zohark when Edurneum order butchered??

Hope this is not another stupid glitch in the game: I entered the Throne room of the Snake women quite a long time before I even knew about the existence of Zohark and Krahoz. Well, the girls were all mad about me being there, so I had to slaughter them all. But now I'm stuck coz I need the Zohark and all walkthroughs I read only mention one possibility - ask the snake Queen, which is either dead or hidden in some room which I cannot get access to (there's the hidden door with eight levers and one room with force field in NW i think)

I wonder... this shouldn't be a dead end for me as the game gives you a clear clue to the Secret passage to the Edurneum temple... and that is quite early in the game.

Any ideas will be appreciated, thanks!

Uf, riddle solved! The Zohark can be acquired even with the sisters dead. I only failed to discover the secret switch near the secret door (eight false switches in two rows) - because I never used the Reveal spell with any success, it never occured to me to use it this time. Uh, not a simple game this Arx. I like it!
