anyone know how many hours of fun will be had in gothic???????????? |

Hard to tell. I'm very much the explorer type of player and when I played Gothic I didn't just rush through the game to get it finished. Didn't keep track of the time but I think it took me approximately 80 hours or so.
If you don't explore much but just follow the main plot to finish the game ASAP it's probably something around 30 hours.

You are about right. First time I finished Gothic in 29 hours. Second time it take from me 22 hours.

Moriendor is right. 60-80 hours if you take your time, 30 hours if you rush through the game and skip all the dialogs.
Replayability is high. |

Huh your crazy??? 60-80 hours? I read&listened all the dialogs, at the end I even killed everyone in old, new and swamp camps, and finished it in 30 hours

Are you sure your numbers are correct? We are _not_ talking about the counter inside the game, which is reset when you reload. We are talking about playing time = in_game_counter + reloads. |

Right. Plus I was talking exploration. I probably spent more than 10 hours with just running around, swimming, climbing up mountains and looking for some spectacular views on the beautiful game world.
