TES Construction Set Woes.. See if you can help.

OS: XP
NVidia GF2 MX/MX 400
Pentium 4
1.69 GHz

Whenever I load up the Construction Set, and try to open the master file, I am given several error messages, ranging form animation group errors to footstep sound errors. What is the problem? I installed off of the Morrowind Disc, and use the CS Disc when I open the program. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
