WTF? (Pirates of the Caribbean help)
   

I just beat pirates of the caribbean and now im PISSED! why? because I couldnt continue with the game! I still hadnt worked for the dutch, spanish or french governors, or taken over any cities, or turn pirate and slaughter everything in sight, or build my own massive, unstoppable armada, because I assumed I would be able to continue with the game after finishing the primary campaign! aaaaaaaaagh!
