You just need to know what to look for on the map.
You can see a small building with a stairs build in a rock.
There's one in the canyon to the north (Library of the Scholars), two in the south-west (House of Healers and House of Priests), one in the south-east in the swamp (House of the Guardians of the Dead) and one in the bandit's camp (House of Warriors), you'll get to that one no matter what.

Please find them with the forum search button. The questions / answers are quite complex. The whole thing has been posted several times before. Of course itīs no problem if you prefer to wait until somebody types them in again, but doing a search is faster.

What exactly are you talking about? First you said you need answers to Quadhoronīs question. Now you want to be shown something on a map. Itīs not clear what the problem is.
Please tell us again clearly how we can help you.

To find Quarhodron using this map: http://forum.jowood.de/attachment.php?s=&postid=723856
The inset map at the top left shows Eremit's hut(spelled hutte on the map). Also in the inset you will see 5 blue dots(teleporters), that is the area where Saturas and the other mages are waiting.
The main part of the map shows Eremit sitting in front of his hut
You need to go where it is marked Quarhodron Grab
When you find a Troll, you are in the right cave........go to the back of the cave and enter Quarhodron's place. Read the note you have in your inventory(hopefully you already have it) and Quarhodron will appear. He will ask you 7 questions and the answers are below.
The answers to Quarhodron:
Question 1 (guild) --> Guardians of the Dead
Question 2 (defense) --> Warriors
Question 3 (orders) --> Priests
Question 4 (evil) --> Warriors
Question 5 (council) --> Scholars
Question 6 (sick) --> Healers
Question 7 (portal) --> I have no idea.

i find all what i need in the north i finish the north i get the belear sword and from where i get agood armor?i have the paladin armor from where i get better
armor and haw much chapter the game have i am in 3 |

You have the knight's armor, that's the armor you'll get in chapter 3. Not the paladin's armor. You will get the paladin's armor in the beginning of chapter 5, this is the strongest armor you can get.
There are 6 chapters in total.

The full paladin armor is found in a secret room in the secret vaults under the no-access room in the basement of the monastary! Don't worry, it's all quest related, lots of points, etc., etc.
OR, you can use cheat mode to strip the armor off the body of the paladin you see as you enter the VoM in Chapter 2 (Oric's brother). Whatever floats your boat.

You'll get the Ch 3 knight's armor when you are first accepted as a paladin by Lord Hagen.
