What time is it - stores in Arx help
   

I'm in the city of Arx and want to sell some jewely and gems at the shop in Arx, up in the NW part of town.

The shop however is closed, and the owner, who lives around the corner, keeps telling me to come back during normal business hours.

When is normal business hours? How do I know what time it is? Can I rest or make time go by faster?

please help
