I need help on this game to make it work. I don't think is anything that I am personally doing. I spent $40 dollars on a game that should work on Windows XP but again it doesn't. Here is my system Specs!

Go to http://www.viaarena.com and update the drivers for your S3 graphics card.

You didn't mention your sound card - reinstall drivers for it as well. Some sound cards (just like video cards) are "more" compatible than others.

Correct.
Did you update all your drivers?
With latest drivers and DirectX8 it should run.
