sound problems in notr
   

hi.. I have a serious issue i think, in gothic 2 notr. Whenever i try to speak with a character in the new addon i dont get any sound at ALL. I have the english notr version.. Please help me

hi Kenny,

I remember having a similar problem with Gothic 1 where no NPC's would talk to you. I think the solution was to start a new game. If you have already done that then maybe try the following: Do subtitles work? if not...then reinstall. Try all the sound/speaker combinations in the audio menu.

What sort of system are u running this on? Also, do you have this problem with original G2 or just the addon.

Lowering the sound hardware acceleration is also always worth a try.
