@ dragonay: I guess they are just waitnig now and that they will release the english version of NotR shortly before G3 comes out, just to place the game in the spotlight at the right moment. The traslated game was finished a long time ago but atary didn't release it. From what i understand Jowood bought back the game from atary and is waiting for a good moment to release it.

Hey,

It works allready! Sometimes a good reset can do the trick.

I want to thank Dragonay and Rotceps for their terrific support!

Well, you could have read the original news on GothicDot more than 2 weeks ago.

@Sem any more News when the next version of the mod comes out? I just received my version of NOTR in the mail today, only took a week to get it from Germany. I'd like to start playing but I don't want to install version 1.0 of the mod if the new version is coming out very soon. Let me know I can't wait to start playing

The release of the new translation mod will probably take 2-3 weeks from now, because the one who will make the package for me is about to release a MMORG, so he is very busy at the moment.
Version 1.0 also has a uninstall, so you can easily install it and play it untill the new version comes out.

I'm doing the same.

For me it's even more annoying, I made the translation myself and now I still need to wait before I can see them in the game. Oh well, patience is good.

You donīt need to extract the files. Put the German exe in the G2 directory and install NotR.
