Hey all..

Just wondering when you are allowed the heavy robe from Saturas? I'm level 20 now and he says I'm not ready..do I have to be level 25?? Or just complete a quest??

I believe you have to be in the 5th circle of magic. That is when I got mine.

It was available for me immedietely I joined WaterMages. I was not even level 22. But first I learned 5th circle from him. So I suppose, this is requirement.
