A little sneak peek

Here's a little <a href="http://www.rendelius.com/rpgdotnew.jpg" target="_blank">sneak peek</a> into the future

Interesting, but does that mean that in the future we will have to pay for RPGDot? And how much are you thinking of?

I think that "Dark Ages"-"Try it Free"-banner is a bit misleading...

Hehe, sure not

How on Earth did you come to the idea that you will have to pay for the site? No way!

We will be offering different skins for the site, and the sneak peek shows the one Arhu is working on right now. Since we all here think it's a pretty one, we wanted to show you what's coming up

mainly because the only thing you can really see is a big 'try it free' sign.

Not bad at all

Nice work Arhu! Will the skins still accomodate at least 1024 resolutions? I like to keep the 'favorites' sidebar open which forces a horizontal scrollbar. Right now it's alright since I usually don't need to scroll sideways, but an 11-whatever would be a bit much.

Bedwyr

ps- You hooking back up with the Larians for Div 2 when they get that going?

Hi Dwyr!

Minimum reasonable resolution for that skin is 800x600, and it's scalable up to a width of 1152. Above that it doesn't scale anymore, at least on browsers that support the max-width style, i.e. Mozilla and Opera.
Anyway, no problem with sidebars. You can even have one open in 800x600 without a horizontal scrollbar, although the layout will sort of break in that case.

PS: Sure...

I like that one much, much. Me wants. The RPGDot logo is a bit small, but you can't get all, I suppose.

Keep it up.

Uhuh - so that´s why we haven´t seen much of you `back home´ (i.e. Larian forums ), lately?

P.S.: Uhuh, again! That´s nice news!
Now, let´s give you a `real tester´:
quote:
Bedwyr: "ps- You hooking back up with the Larians for Div 2 when they get that going?" - Arhu: "PS: Sure... "

Does Lar also see it that way!?

Very good indeed

Show nice color and background while still maintain most of the original section layouts.

Maybe the RPGdot logo could little more obvious? use more impressive and medieval style fonts? just some ideas
