Where does a Paladin train strength beyond 60?

I'm in chapter 1 and playing G2 for the second time. Last time I played as a mercenary and Torlof trained strength to 90. This time I'm a Paladin. Harad trained my strength to 50. Mortis - the Paladin Smith - trained my strength to 60. I need 65 so I can use the Orc Slayer. Who can I train with? Brutus, in the castle, trains strength. Do I have to go see him? I was hoping I could equip the Orc Slayer in chapter 1. Thanks.

I figured it out - sort of.

I forgot I was wearing the Strength amulet. I'm going to remove it and go back to Mortis or Harad for training. Then I'll be able to use the Orc Slayer. I'd still like to know who trains strength above 60 for Paladins, though.

The guy standing to the right of Lord Hagen trains strength up to 100.
