Pyrokar's Test: The Path of Believers
Quest briefing:
Find the blank runestone by following the shrines of Innos
Directions:
Follow the red arrow in this map.
You'll find a highwayman when you're crossing a bridge (around the site which is marked with the text: "Magic Golem"). Either pay him the toll or kill him (+80 exp). Also, in the area around the Ancient Pyramid, you'll meet Ulf who keeps following you. Ask him to stop following you or kill him.
Continue following the red arrow in the map, until you find a secret cave at the very northeast side of the land (i.e. in the woods slightly east from the Black Troll). Now, enter this secret cave. The location of the cave is marked in the map with the text: "Secret Hole".
In the cave, choose the right side when you see a fork. Eventually, you'll notice an altar with four pillars of blue light and two paladin statues.
Agon the novice will guard the chest at the altar. Kill him. When Agon is dead, open the chest at the altar and get the runestone.
When you return to the monastery, Ulf will be hostile at you. Kill him, and return to Father Pyrokar and report your success of His test. |
