I'm trying to add support for Gothic II to my X-Fire, one problem I've run into is that when I launch Gothic 2 it switches .exes.
When I run Gothic2.exe the game starts and then I guess part of the command is for it to load up the Vdsf32e.exe, at this point my X-Fire resets. So what I'm wondering, is there a way to change my Gothic2.exe to run without loading the VDFS(vdsf32e.exe)?
I've tested Gothic 2 to see if it needs VDFS to run every time i launch it by simply deleting the vdsf32e.exe and runs just fine to me, but I don't know how to change my Gothic2.exe to run without attempting to start the VDFS whether the .exe for it is there or not. I just need it to run without attempting to load another .exe.
Anyone have a clue? |
