|
I know it's only given out in a quest. But I have no clue who to talk to. |

mage's guild quests, they arent spells theyre SCROLLS one time use things , anyway all you'll ever need is one grand soul gem with a golden saint in it , you pop that in the enchanter's box , select constant enchantment , and pop in anouther crappier soulgem , (like a common soulgem with a ancestor ghost) and wham bam thank you enchanter you now have a constant enchantment item! |

I'm looking for the Spell. I looked through the strat guide at the store last week but didn't want to buy it. I happened upon a quest for the Golden Saint spell but I can;t for the life of me remember who to talk to. |

I know! It is a Telvanni Quest... Councillor Dratha will give you 4 Golden Saint scrolls for doing her single quest, but only if you are a female. _________________ Make good choices. |

For the actual spell, you can get it from one of the mages in the tower of that mad Telvanni woman (Therna or something). |

There is someone else who sells this spell, once you are of sufficient rank in their organization. I can't remember for sure, but I *think* he was in the Temple in Ald'Hrun, though he could be in the Redoran Council Chambers (my current character is doing Temple & Redoran factions that I missed with my other one - and no, I didn't finish the game, but I needed a break from my first character and then fell in love with my second) |

Above poster is correct: in Tel Branora there is a merchant who will sell this spell to you.
Haven't used it yet--just don't find myself using summons very often. But nice to know it's there. Now if only I could find the pauldrons/greaves, durn it...

No, deliriously mad Tel Branora's merchant (in the tower) has all the high-level Daedric summonings (Winged Twilight, Storm Atronach, Hunger, you name it).
I laughed uproariously when I told the Khajiit next to the Mistress to put on her skirk, and watched as he was violently murdered by the madwoman.
Gold.

There is also a daedric ruin to the central north side of the main continent. It has one scroll inside to summon a golden saint. You can tell it is the right ruins site by seeing that it is to the east of another ruins, which I think were dwerven. |

Hmmmnn... Here's an interesting idea. Do yo think with all the pieces of blank paper in the game you could take a really common lesser soul gem with say-a rat in it, and then enchant the paper with a given spell and make a scroll? Wonder how much that would cost? |

Papers have enchanting capacity of 10. This effectively makes them unrealistic for purposes of creating higher end scrolls. _________________ (@) |
