where the hell is it i found a place where u go under water and if thats its iam i cant kill those dead guys cause i dont have enough power for my rune

The only place where you must go underwater is Xardas' old tower. If you're a mage, spend skill points to reach up to Circle 4 to use Death to the Undead. If you're a warrior, invest points in strength.
