Old friend Dagoth Ur

I just finished tribunal, killed alamexia and all that shit. I came to talk to Vivec after it, just to see if he has anything to say about her death, obviusly not, but I did find new dialog about Dagoth Ur and even tho I killed him ages ago, he still claims that I have to "Defeat Dagoth Ur" and to prove to be Nerevarine. I remember he did that same thing when I killed Dagoth Ur but now talking to him remembered me of that and it really bugs me. Any way to get him know that Dagoth Ur is dead? I also remember that wise woman never said anything special about killing Dagoth Ur and when I asked her about him she said I have to kill him and Sixth House :/

Perhaps you teleported out of Red Mountain after killing DU, thus missing the cutscene with Azura? That might result in the quest not being marked as completed. I think if that's the case you can go back to Red Mountain, meet Azura, and get the dialog.

If that doesn't work, there definitely is a way to add the journal entry which will flag the quest as completed... but I can't give you exact instructions, since I've never done it. Anyone else?

Spoiler:

Not really. I killed Amalexia and went back to met Vivec to hear what he has to says about it, and he did said something, although not much. He was surprised with the changes of Amalexia, and saddened with the final fate of their "man-god," and implied that his life is also in my hands - it turned out that to be true - i finish him off with my warhammers after that .

This does so definetly not belong in this forum. Why is it so hard to post things on the correct one? Is it hard to see the forum that's 2 inches below this one?

The mod's obviously dead

end of quest

After killing dagoth ur i saw the final scene that you talked about. Vivic didn't react much different to me either. Also, the wise woman who walks you through the trials responded as though the quest still needed to be done.
