Having stolen a key from one of the guards (the one with some "R..." name who hangs around Vartas's temple), I can now enter the tower near the smithy.
How about all the other towers? I want to see what's inside.
Where can I get the keys? |

Nothing valuable. Some swords. In one thief by the name Joe? (some very simple name). For freeing him I was given some Exp and he is one more person you can pickpocket of course.  |

I have all sorts of keys that were given to me through pickpocketing. And I still don't know what Hannah's key opens.
Joe gives you like 4 or 20 lockpicks. I don't remember if it was him or Kardiff that gave 20 lockpicks. But one of them does, and the other only gives 4. |

Yeah FetishFool is right - Joe gave me lockpicks but rather 4 then 20.
Hannah key - probably was even post with that title - opens chest on the island that You can see standing by Lares in Docks. There is a cave where thieves stash their loot. Turn of the trap. If You don`t know how then go there after getting 1st teleportation rune. |
