personally i found that the mage was the most fun and easiest, my only complaint is you need too many mana potions

I think that Dragon Hunter was sweet. The armor looked the best and cool. Plus alot of my old buddys from gothic 1 were in it  |

I did them all, I didn't like mage anyway, I like the Heavy Dragon hunter armour but I still prefer being pally..

I played a mage, and enjoyed it. My only complaint is that the final battle was WAY too easy. The mage is so powerful at the end of the game that a dragon has no chance against him. I cast exactly two spells against the final boss to kill him.
For more challenge, I may play a paladin or dragon hunter next time. |

I think mages have the most potential for RP (if you specialize in specific branches of magic). Dragon hunters are the most hack and slash and Paladins are for people who always want to have the best option available to them (jack of all trades).
I think that next time I go to replay the game, I'll go for a summoner character. I miss skeletons from G1--they were the funnest part of the game.

They have cool armour, but the armour isn't better than the pally armour I think so..
And I enjoyed more being pally.. Mage was kinda boring.. -> Too easy

Wouldn't the Dragon Hunter's Heavy Armour have alot more fire protection though. But I don't know, havent played the game yet only G1. What does the Palidin have over the Dragon Hunter in Armour? Just more defense? |
