Help me! U9 won't run anymore.

I had just asked Iolo why he attacked me, and the game stopped responding. I had to restart the computer, and now I get the error "u9.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." when I try to start it.

I've tried reinstalling, but that doesn't work. I have the updated 1.18 version and Win XP.
