Stranger's Quest in G2?
   

Does G2 have anything like the "Stranger's Quest" from G1? I really enjoyed that quest, even though it didn't lead to any grand treasure. As a quest not connected in any way to a larger goal or the main story, it was an intriguing diversion for my character and the climax at the final location really took me by surprise and made me jump a bit from my seat!

I can't remember a similar quest in GII.

No, there are no such quests in G2. But then again, there's crapload of other quests in G2, so you will be busy enough with them all.
