Patch Placcement
   

I downloaded the 1.14 patch but it doesn't regester on the game opening screen. I found the app file and it opens as 1.14 but it won't replace the 1.13

What do I need to do to get it applied?

I took all the patch files and repaced the old old ones except the application file. I created a shortcut of the 1.14 app file and even though all my saved games were on the patch app I started the game over repacing the saved games thinking I might have problems if I don't.

So far so good. I just can't use the "Start" path to open the game because it still contains the 1.13.

I'd still like to replace it if anyone knows how.

You have to remove the read-only flag of the installed files in the Arx Fatalis dir, then the patch install correctly
