Sweet Skooma

Where can I find Skooma? I found some but are there places where there are alot? How bout making skooma. Is it possible? And is there a skooma factory near Vivec?

I dont think there is a specific place where you can find skooma. I usualy find this sweeet drink in a bandit cave or in rich people houses. Those people seems to be honest but in fact, they are addicted to moon sugar and skooma
