If you want to carry loads and have the weight of your stuff at 0, then up your enchant skill, capture golden saints in soul gems (or any other uber monster) and enchant all your items with feather.

You must go to the place where is the her uber great statue(coast of azura) nearthe place you have for a quest if oyur a hlaalu or telvanni(when you have ot go kill/free the wizard that is sieged by hlaalu).Then when you enter her statue there will be a smaller statue of her inside and approche it and press enter.She will speek to you give oyu mission.complete it and oyu shall be rewarded with the star of azura

Better to use a Fortify Strength enchantment than a Feather - they cost the same number of points but the Fortify gives you five times the benefit.

Can we as players customize armor and such with constant effect, whenever I try I can't.
If we can't feather won't work well because you would have to contunually cast it, and next fortify strength would not work because you would cast it and then pick up more daedric weapons and such and then when the spell stops and the magic in the item runs dry you can't move uh-oh

well oyu have ot set it to constant affect if your doing the enchanting legall way but if oyur doing it in tes then pick an item 2 click with left mouse and then change to constant affect in the same line as its written the thing u want to change and u can change the power of it.But if u want to totaly modyfi it like visually that i dunno

Why waste the great star on a simple golden saint, when you can put the most powerful yet gay looking(except for Dagoth Ur) person in the game in it

Because the star doesnt disappear from your invo.It just emptys.You can use it infinitev times if its empty.you capture something go to enchanter and it emptys and then u can use it again
