How Do you Use Files from BTMod?

I downloaded BTMod. I see it has XML files, so from what I can gather, you copy the ones you want to use to certain folders under the Oblivion folder. For example, I wanted to try 'map_config.xml', so I copied it to:

Oblivion\Data\Menus\Prefabs\UI_Config

But nothing happens in the game, the map is still at default settings. How are you supposed to use these?

Set them up exactly as the read me tells you to. It's so easy even I can do it. Works automatically.

That's the problem, I don't see where in the readme files it tells how to actually get them to work, all I see is what the mod does.

Edit: Nevermind, I finally got it working.
