How Do I Get The Redoran Helmet off The Shelf?
   

im on the thief guild quest where i need to steal a high redoran helmet

how do i get it in the manor?

I just took the helmet and ran.

I used invisibility then snuck past the noble up to the shelf and grabbed the helmet and no one was the wiser.

practice your sneak a little bit.. if you're sneaking while you pick the helmet up they won't see you. When you're succeeding at sneak the little yellow icon will appear next to your weapon and magic, it's a hand reaching for an item, but be careful.. you can stop sneaking in the middle of picking the item up and they will see you. Just quick save in the room.. and keep on trying, that's what I did.
