stupid crew
   

i'm a merc and i want as a crew someone that can teach me crossbow skill.
wolf said that he got a job(near sekob farm, defending it) and about girion, there is no option in chat dialog about taking him as a crew. what sould i do?

ps:who can teach me crossbow skill over 60% in chapter5

That with Wolf is that way, no way around it other than not sending him to that farm in the first place. Girion will try to stop you when you are about to set out for your voyage to the Halls or Irdorath, then you will be able to make him come aboard. There is no one before chapter six to teach a crossbowskill above 60%.
