How are rockets used? I can't get anyone to fire one! thanks  |

Well, you can't just put them in your fighter's hand and expect him to throw them at the enemy, now can you? 
To fire them, you will need a rocket launcher, most commonly found in the Umpani Base Camp. You can get one for free by doing a few quests for them.
Firing the thing is self-explanatory. If the little yellow number next to the rocket launcher icon is a '0', you'll need to load it first by dragging some rockets over to it. Once that's done, put the launcher in your Primary (or alternate Primary, whatever you like) weapon slot, and some spare rockets in the Secondary weapon slot, and you're set! |

And for how much they cost, they're pretty useless.

I wholeheartedly agree with you there. Rockets should deal waaaaaay more damage. It's just not worth lugging them around when they do like 20 damage at the most. |

Plus, rockets weigh about 20 pounds a piece... You get over-encumbered very quickly.

And by the time I level up to use the rockets, my characters nearly mastered the bow. And considering how cheaper and more abundant are arrows...
