Problems recharging the eye of inoz
   

I play a lvl 27 paladin and have killed the swamp dragon and the ice dragon, but now I can't seem to recharge the eye again so I can't take on the other dragons.
I got the heart of the ice dragon and the amulet in my inventory but when I try to use the alchemist lab nothing happens. I just get the "what with?" comment.
It worked fine when I used the heart of the swamp dragon, so what am I doing wrong now?
