Gah! You took his head?! Are you working for the rats or something? Well if you are, then take the head to Many-as-One. Personally, I left the head so the Dead Nation would survive, and then I kicked Many-as-One's butt. Or at least I tried too.

I worked for the undead as well. The rats are eviiil, while the undead treat you nicely enough. I never tried going down there as a dustman, would that have changed the undead's attitude? |

Hmm... I don't think so. Of course, I never played as a Dustman. I remember there was a Dustman there who was trying to convert the undead, but he was a spy.

I tried joining the Dustmen once, for the fun of it. They threw me out when uh faced with my nature. (I.e. the undying nature of the Nameless one.) But I could have lied to them, I suppose.

I liked being a Godsman better than the Dustmen. The Dustmen were really depressing. Besides if your a Godsman, then you can get that cool axe.

Shame on you for not choosing Sensate, Val. Their healing power doesn't hurt since Nameless regenerates.
Though, I must confess, I was a Xaoscist.
If for no other reason than reading their faction notes on the character sheet.

Hmmm... I was a Sensate... never managed to get accepted anywhere else... even though I wanted to be a Mercykiller more than anything else. Well, I'm just not lawful enough .

In the end, I was factionless, because I got kicked out of the dustmen. Anyway, you could join a faction just to get it's benefits, then leave. I liked the Sensates best, both for the abilities and from an RPG perspective. |

Easy to become a Xaoscist. Kill a bunch of people at random. Don't talk to them or anything, just walk up and beat them to death. At random. Demon... whatever. Guy walking out of a pub... doesn't matter.
If you overdo it you get mazed... but when you escape, the Xaoscists worship you as a god and make you Factol.

Good for you, Jaz. I'm betting you didn't end up Chaotic Evil.
Heh. I played goody goody, and had a lawful good alignment up until one mercykiller and one boss interaction. Then I was neutral good...
Forget the undead, forget the dustmen... death to everything! Xaosist you are. Things actions live and random for you!
oooh... freaky coincidence with this post being my 666th.

I always, always ended up neutral good in P:T.
I even remember having been kicked out of the Assassins' Guild in Daggerfall on a regular base for not killing enough people. Well, I was invited there just because I had become a werewolf, anyway.
