No, 1/3 halfway through the game, and then only Mad Cor Kalom and his followers.
Playing as an orc is impossible. Our hero is the chosen of Innos, and may never side, on purpose, with Beliars' servants. Playing against our hero is pretty dumb, because he'll always win, if not, the Sleeper wins, and there could be no Gothic II. 
Cheating works though. |

Mabye playing as Ur shak geting banished or something along those lines would be good.

monster class=no inventory access
no inventory access= stuck with a shitty orcish war sword for the whole game

and i think all the orcs would attack you since you are the designated PC and they are programmed to attack you no matter what |

I think there something wrong. when i play as an Orcelite i can acces my inventory so i used the holy executioner as my "One handed Weap"
Note: The orcs will not attack you they did not atack me atleast. I Even planned a raid on the castle and Khorinis with my orc frieds even the are so WERRY stupid im the only attacker. they need to get attack and retaliate or else they just stand and look stupid at you while your futile atemp to storm the castle singelhanded. The worse thing of all is the Concussion bolt you die so werry fast its makes you crazy and just insert all warriors inside and then press F8
