From what I can make up from your fast chat language is that you are asking where you where chucked in.
Well if you go through the north gate (not that with the fallen tower) in the Old Camp and follow the pad into the forrest but keep to the right pads. So over the bridge, past the guards, into the cliff with the scavengers (one into the cliff and one on top). You will see 2 rogues go past them up the mountain. If I recall correctly this is the way.

I guess he wants to know the reason - why the protagonist was jailed.

All good things come to those who wait.

Or so the saying goes.

You know: I'd prefer if the designers NOT tell my story and let me decide my own backstory.

In my story, the "hero" is a pianist and composer who has a bad gambling problem. To get more money for his gambling obsession, he and some friends try to defraud a large bank on the mainland (using an embezzlement scheme)

Ultimately the plan fails and when the police start pressuring his "buddies" they give him up as the sole ringleader.

You are sentenced and placed in the colony. As a child, you hunted quite a bit with your father so you have some natural skills with the bow that will help you survive in the colony...

And Herek was thrown in because he killed a dozen people in one night, and Horatio was thrown in because he killed somebody in a bar fight.
I got thrown in because i was trying to conquer the world.
I didn't succeed

In my story, the protagonist is a farmer who wasn't able to pay his taxes and thus got thrown in the barrier. Gorn, an exellent fighter, killed a legion of orcs and because he became to popular, he was thrown in the barrier out of fear.
If you want to know even more about Lee, read the books in the library.

I feel rather stupid...

First off I know that this is the wrong forum, but I feel as though this is the correct thread. So, can someone here please tell me how the barrier is linked to the sleeper. I have beaten this game time and time again, so maybe I am just dense, but why does the destruction of the sleeper propagate the collapse of the barrier? All I ever got out of the game was that the barrier grew beyond their control because of demon magic. In Gothic 2 I later find that the barrier was a way to keep things out, and not in (read that in some book somewhere). Can someone here please help out a desperate gamer?

The way I understood it the sleeper was the evil one who was generating the power that made the barrier get out of control so he could grow in strength in the safety of the barrier and then take over the world when he got strong enough to do so. Just my thoughts, no specific basis I can tell you of.
