Just want to report that the game frame rate under Direct X 9 is improved. I use GF2 Pro 64MB, 256MB RAM, Athlon 1GHz - in Balmora facing temple and standing infront the Khajit trader's door, i got 5 points increase...nice.

aight so i found out you can slowly move the distance view when ur using fps optimizer.. ( with <- and -> ) cuz before i just pressed ^ or the down button, which had a great fps difference but also view distance (if you can still follow what im saying) so now ill use the -> to make my view distance further and let it come out on like.. 15 to 20 fps..

i got no frame rate boost, you will only get one if you have certain hardware, (mainly sound cards and motherboards) as some compatablity issues have been ironed out

Well, looks like I'll have to get DX 9 and add it to my Multisessioned CD of System Updates(tm ) for my new compy, seeing as I haven't got the net hooked up to it yet. Have the net on the old one, incase you're wondering...
