I'm sure I'm doing something stupid, but I can't figure out how to cast a spell. I've activated the scroll, it has a number in red over it (in this case oblivion), when I press the number blue sparks come from my hand, but the spell doesn't get cast. I've hit every key I can think of. Exactly what am I supposed to do to cast the darn thing? |

Thanks - I got it now. I wish the manual was better. If it weren't for forums like this one Gothic 2 would be all but unplayable for the non-hardocre gamer.
