6 Extravagant Sapphire Amulets
   

I need to bring Volrina Quarra those 6 damn Extravagant Sapphire Amulets but I can't find even one without killing a NPC (they are either Essential or merchants, which I don't want to kill). Where can I find them and cause no problems? (well, I've figured out one at Agripinna Herenia in Vivec and I don't need to kill her to get it, but what about the others?)
