Hi, I bought Gothic and when I install it, I can install the first disk ok, but when I put in the second one (when indicated) it tells me that the data is corrupted or cannot be read by windows. I then stopped the installation and installed one of my sister's games for her (which did use the cd drive), which worked just fine. I tried opening the second disk in "my computer" but it wouldn't open and gave me the same message as before. My computer surpasses all of the requirements and reccomendations by quite a bit. My windows version is "XP" if that will get me help any sooner. If you could help me I would greatly appreciative. Thanks for your time.

I am afraid we cannot help you. There are three possibilities:

1. Your CD-ROM driver is not functioning correctly (if every other CDs can be read in it correctly, there is very very big possibility that error is not in your PC)

2. I bought defective CD...return it to shop where you bought it and they will give you new one

3. Someone damaged 2nd CD after you brought it from shop (it is worst possiblity )
