Any of you that have the game already, maybe you can answer some questions for us impatient consumers.

How many cd's is gothic and are there jewel cases?
How thick is the manual? (pages)
Is there a world map included, if so how is the quality?

aside from packaging..have any changes been made to the controls or anything obviously changed from the demo that we can expect?
