now that i'm evil...

i've been pursuing the dark brotherhood quests and i have completed the cleansing mission by lucien. he has given me shadowmare and now i will be getting missions only from him. my question is- now that i've progressed in the d.b. i can't get cured at churches. makes perfect sense to me because i've been a bad boy. but if you follow the d.b. quests to the end is there a way to redeem yourself afterward?

I have finished the DB quest line and know for sure that I have been to a church after the cleansing ritual w/o a problem.

In general, you need to pay attention that no one witnesses the act of killing. The AI is a bit weird. You can get "caught" at the scene of a murder with your blood-dripping weapon still in your hands and get away with it while innocently whistling some merry tune but you can't be seen during the actual act of killing.
If the sneak icon goes bright and the victim is not dead yet then you have been spotted and if you're inside a city, it means that the guards "magically" become aware of the murder, too.
So, basically, if you plan to kill someone in a city, you need to be prepared to 1-hit or 1-shot kill your victim most of the time.
An easy way to check if someone has "magically" become aware of your evil deeds is to check your bounty status. Just make sure it stays at 0.

If you have a bounty then you'll get in trouble with guards frequently. Best way to get rid of a bounty is via a Thieves Guild contact. There are two NPCs you can use to pay off your bounties/fines.
Armand Christophe in the Imperial City (Waterfront District) and S'krivva in Bravil (she's at her house or in that one tavern... called Lonely Suitor Lodge, I believe). Go visit either of them and they'll charge you 50% of your total bounty for a full redemption.
