Bandits and Bosper's bow

1.Where can i find bandits that take everything from Hakon.
2.Where is Bosper's bow that someone stole it.
PLEASE HELP.I've got 8 lvl and i too weak to go to Mine

1. The bandits are in a cave near Akil's farm. Just walk down the road.
2. Bosper's bow is in a chest in the thief guild. There should be another thread which explains exactly how to get there.
