Problem with powering-up the URIZIEL

Hi.

I just got the Ore Armor and returned to Xardas. He told me that he prepared the magic formula and that it is time to power up the URIZIEL. I teleported to the the Magicians of Water and spoke to Milten, than we spoke in the library. He looked at the magic formula, and agreed to meet me at the are mound.

When I approch it he asks me if I have the sword and the magic formula that Xardas gave me? Why is this? I looked in my inventory and I do not have URIZIEL, Why? I am sure I did not sell it to anyone, because right after Xardas I went straight to Milten. Also, isn't Milten supposed to have the magic formula on him already (after he looked at it, I think he put it away in his pocket). After he asks me if have the sword and the spell, the only dialogue option that is left is "END." What the hell? Is this a bug?

Help please!

Indeed it has.
I just had to "insert" URIZIEL into the game, and all worked fine.
Sorry for not initially searching.
