I may have found a bug, anyone else had this?
   

After completing the series of Vivee quests for the blades (obtain knowledge on the Sixth House and the Neverandi dudes), I only had 15 gold. I admired the guy on the bug dock until he was at 100/100 faction, and then when I click on Balmora to go there, my whole screen turns black, and nothing else. When I reload my game from the saved game, the whole screen is still black. Any solutions?

Hrmm, I figured it out. For some reason, because I only have exactly 15 gold, it won't go. But I can go to the ones that cost 6 and 8 gold just fine. Odd.

As soon as I sold one of my Cheap Health Potions, and I went back to him, the prices then went up to 18. After I paid that, it went and worked fine. Just a word of warning.

The same thing happened to me in one of the mages guilds. I had 9 gold, the cost was 8. Everytime I tryed to travel the screen turned black. When I sold some stuff and got more gold, it didn't happen.
