New Dawn Interview @ CRPG.ru

The Polish sure like their post-apoc RPGs...CRPG.ru has an (English) interview with Polish indie team Undead Society on their post-apoc project, New Dawn. Here's a snip:
Crpg.ru: Could you tell us about the role-playing system in details? What does it look like?

Undead Society: In the game there's a possibility of creating a party of 6 characters, including Seth, and the relations among them have an impact on the story itself. We'll have to choose who can join us because there will be more NPC willing to do that than spots. Generally, on his or her way thru the unknown parts of the New Dawn world, a player may meet over 300 NPC's. Each and everyone of them will have a name and will differ from others as far as their characters are concerned. We will be able to talk to them and more than 90% of them may give us tasks or hints. Those tasks will depend on the way the characters are lead.

There seem to be a multitude of these kind of projects, and few of them ever get beyond a webpage of their post-apoc sketches. Couldn't they just form some kind of fantasy artwork club?
