Where should I look for for Souls for my Telvanni stronghold
   

I dont need a golden saint because they have dispel. I have already stolen the winged twilight soul from Galibir so where can I find another one or a storm atronach.

I don't think you can find another gem filled with such an powerfull soul. You will have to look around some of the Deadric Ruins and catch one. Winged Twilights, Atronachs and Golden Saints can be ushually found there.

If you are a mage (it seems you are cause you are with the Telvanni) , you can summon a lot of powerful creatures then trap their souls.

You can find a Storm Atronach soul right in the Telvanni Council House. Just head down to the two merchants/trainers - there are two soul gems on a bookcase close to the doorway. Helps if you have a telekinesis potion.
