Need help finding Hassour Zainsubani in Ald'Ruhn......

This is the guy who likes to read poetry books and is supposed to be at the Ald Skar Inn. I found his room downstairs and talked to everyone and they all say he's either readind downstairs (he's not) or he's in the room behind the bar (I can't find any room behind the bar).

He's not in the inn at all that I can see. Please enlighten me - I'm clueless where to find him.

In the bar, to the right side as you climb the stairs, there is a railing. Go look--those are stairs that lead below the bar--not behind it per se. He is there.
