cause I find a fire bow and some fire arows.

To respond to your message title:

You can't!
You'll later find a magic bow and a magic crossbow too, but for those you can also find only 10-20 arrows/bolts. The weapons are very good, but the limited amount of useful arrows really nerves them down.

Due to the massive damage you can use it on special mobs that you can't kill otherwise. I think I've used it once or twice, hehe.
