Hello folks, Publisher JoWooD announced the Gothic II release dates on their homepage. The German version is scheduled for 10-18-02 while the English language version will in all probability see release in November 2002 (the 29th to be exact).

*dances a jig*  Happiness and jollity! I feared it might be much later as the darn tootin' G2 screenshots are still saying Pre-Alpha ... (Wouldn't you think they'd be at least in Alpha if not in Beta stage by now?) |

yessss!!!! ::shaking violently:: MUST GET GOTHIC 2!!!!!!!! im goin to start throwin money in a jar labeled "gothic 2 reservation/purchase" right now!!! I will be first on the reserve list!!!!! MUST get gothic!!! ::going into withdrawls from lack of gothic after playing G1 500,000 times and living off of morrowind:: I crave linear storyline/action/gothic type play!!!! im confused now.....

Should I bother to mentioning that it's still five months from now (for the english version anyway)? I wonder if I can learn to read German in 4 months.
