How to get into the castle??

How can i get into the castle?? I have the horn where i should go??
I cant get an authorization....What i need?/Where is the chamber of spirits?

the chamber of spirits is in tanelorn

you open a door thats down a flight of stairs in the ruins

you enter and place the horn on one of the pedestals with shift

make sure you save before you enter the wizards tower because there is a bug that sometimes traps the guy in the door
