which zombie tomb? there's 2-3 tombs with zombie i think. Any error messages?.

However under game ver. 1.29 i did at least once or twice can't save game (press ctrl+s but nothing happen), only after few tries or few seconds i can save the game. Did you download/install new patch ver. 1.3x yet?

The zombie tomb is near the entrance to dark forest. There is a lady who is kidnapped by a zombie. No error, just ctrl-s does nothing and save button is grayed.

I wasn't aware there was a patch for the US version.

There are several areas which seem to be "no-save" zones. I have no idea why. The game auto-saves while you are in that zombie dungeon though.

No Saving

I think this is intentional.

I encountered this entering the graveyard tomb in the farmlands area to rescue the woman from the zombie Jake.

When I entered the tomb I realized that CTRL-S wasn't responding. Then I hit escape to go to the main menu and the SAVE option was grayed out.

I exited the game and rebooted my computer and then started the game and reloaded the game just before entering the tomb. Same result, I could not save.

So then I decided to just play out the tomb area by killing all the creatures and rescuing the woman. After I rescued the woman I was able to save the game again.

So, all things considered, I think this is intentional. It does add an element of tension to those parts of the game. But overall, I really don't like this kind of idea. Sorta ranks up there with videogames that don't allow you to save your game whenever you want but instead you have to find in-game markers to save. I really find that kind of thing annoying.
